Job Description

The Manager, Management Consulting will collaborate with clients to develop data and analytics strategies aligned with their business goals. This role involves advising clients on leveraging technologies like cloud services and data science to gain a competitive edge, and managing projects related to data strategy, governance, and technology modernization.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand needs and develop plans
• Collaborate on platform design
• Identify use cases and design data platforms
• Develop data strategies and roadmaps
• Design operating models
• Lead technical assessments
• Develop business cases
• Deliver recommendations and lead workshops
• Manage project scope, resources, and budget
• Build client and internal relationships
• Support account teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of management consulting experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in related field
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Agile delivery leadership experience
• Knowledge of data and analytics technologies (BI, ML, Data Warehouse, Big Data, Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of technology trends
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
