Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10-15 years of engineering experience, with 5-7 years in a senior management role
• 5-10 years of experience in sales engineering or a related environment
• Proven track record of transformational change

• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Strong financial and business acumen
