Job Description

The Regional Solutions Architect will build client relationships with technical expertise, collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and create sales strategies. This role focuses on creating and implementing solution architectures, providing technical analysis and deliverables to clients to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities
• Provide knowledge of secure network technology solutions
• Maintain a portfolio of relevant solutions
• Participate in discovery sessions and provide recommendations
• Participate in peer review and kickoff meetings
• Provide post-sales technical support
• Keep professional certifications up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years’ experience designing technology solutions
• Expertise in switching, routing, WAN, and network security
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills
• Home/virtual office setup in New York City or surrounding areas
