Job Description

The Vice President of Sales will lead and develop a high-performing sales organization responsible for driving revenue growth across Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Contact Center & Collaboration, and Managed Services solutions. This role will set the strategic vision for both product and services sales, ensuring strong year-over-year growth and exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales organization
  • Develop and own the regional sales strategy
  • Establish aggressive yet realistic goals for Account Executives
  • Track and report key sales KPIs
  • Collaborate with Operations, Services Delivery, Marketing, and Partner/Channel teams
  • Serve as sales leadership presence at key client meetings
  • Oversee account assignments and escalation management
  • Lead or support complex negotiations
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with OEMs and channel partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the IT services, solutions, consulting industry
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts
  • Strong background in building or scaling a high-performance sales organization
  • Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, sales reporting, and CRM utilization
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Excellent business and financial acumen
  • Experience building/leading channel and partner ecosystems
  • Adaptable and strategic
  • Valid driver's license
