Job Description

The Identity Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, and development of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for large enterprise clients, focusing on authentication, authorization, IGA, and PAM. This role involves delivering consulting services, supporting IAM strategy, and modernizing identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultant services to customers
• Support IAM strategy and roadmap
• Design and deploy IAM products
• Support industry standards and compliance
• Drive IAM root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Perform systems modeling and analysis
• Support modernization of identity solutions
• Lead IAM initiatives around tenant consolidations
• Maintain and upgrade existing IAM systems
• Develop technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance to customers
• Collaborate with departments on business cases
• Stay current with industry certifications and trends
• Provide leadership and mentoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• CISSP or equivalent security certification preferred
• 5+ years of IAM experience
• Experience with IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt)
• Experience with cloud identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta)
• Experience with on-premises identity providers (Microsoft Active Directory)
• Experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, Beyond Trust)
• Advanced client-facing skills
• Proven customer focus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Independent operation ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
