Job Description

The Sales Director will lead the Sales Team and collaborate with other business units to execute the company’s Commercial & Enterprise sales strategy. This role focuses on evangelizing new business, generating awareness, and growing sales within the region, while providing leadership, mentorship, and ensuring team financial goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business line revenue
  • Establish strategic and financial team goals

  • Support sales team in complex sales cycles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in consultative selling/account development
  • Management experience preferred
  • Experience in developing strategic business plans
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
