Trace3 is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives within a health system, focusing on Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization. The role involves managing projects from planning to delivery, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects
• Define project scope and requirements
• Develop and maintain project artifacts
• Manage risks and issues
• Drive stakeholder communication
• Ensure adherence to PMO and PMBOK best practices
• Oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Support portfolio and budget planning
• Contribute to PMO process improvements
• Mentor junior project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of project management experience
• 7+ years of EHR systems experience
• 5+ years of Epic Application Modules experience
• 5+ years of PMO experience
• 5+ years of software systems implementation lifecycle experience
• 5+ years of Waterfall project methodology experience
• Excellent communication skills
• PMP Certification
• CSM Certification (plus)
