Job Description

The MBSE Modeler will construct, translate, and deliver digital models, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate system representations. This role involves supporting architecture model development, configuration management, integration with other modeling teams, and mentoring junior team members. The position requires interfacing with technical leads, product owners, and government customers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Construct and translate architecture products to digital models
• Deliver model artifacts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support architecture model development
• Perform model configuration management
• Mentor junior systems engineering team members
• Review technical products
• Act as a technical interface
• Participate in Agile development

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building digital architecture models
• Experience with SysMOD and OOSEM methodologies
• DoDAF 2.0 modeling framework experience within CAMEO
• Knowledge of MBSE standards
• Working knowledge of DOORs for requirement management
• Experience delivering data products using tools like collaborator and Webify
• Working knowledge of product development in a secure environment
• Experience linking architecture models with DOORS managed requirements
• Understanding of systems engineering practices and tools like Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Secret security clearance
