Trace3 is seeking a Systems Engineer to develop and publish corporate business automation plans using cost-effective delivery technologies. The role involves complex software design, architectural guidelines, and maintaining knowledge of current technologies. Responsibilities include designing C2BMC AT and DEF SW solutions and some travel to Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish corporate business automation plans
• Perform complex software design

• Lead a team of high performing individuals
• Analyze high level needs and refine them into an architecture
• Implement engineering plans

Requirements

• Bachelors with 5+ years or Masters with 3+ years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with automation pipelines
• Understanding of system software deployment architectures
• Knowledge of CI/CD
• Experience with VMware, Linux, and Windows
• Familiarity with Git, Ansible, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel & Visio
• Understanding of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS)
• Security+ or higher certification desired
• VMware certifications desired
