Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Moderate online communities and ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Produce weekly social community roundups
  • Manage reputation on platforms like Reddit and Trustpilot
  • Identify and translate social media trends into actionable insights
  • Maintain brand voice and achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Support lifecycle messaging through Braze
  • Update knowledge base resources

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support or communications
  • Experience managing social channels or online communities
  • 1+ years of CRM experience (Zendesk preferred)
  • Familiarity with Braze is a plus
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
