Hungryroot is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to provide HR support, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance at their Hiram, Georgia fulfillment center. This role involves collaborating with operations leadership to support business objectives and champion people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on HR issues
• Implement HR programs for culture, planning, and development
• Manage employee relations and investigations
• Drive engagement and retention initiatives
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Ensure legal compliance
• Lead change management
• Analyze HR metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, fulfillment center preferred
• Experience with hourly workforce
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Experience in employee relations
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS (Dayforce) and Microsoft Office
• Onsite work in Hiram, GA
