Job Description

Integrate is seeking a DevSecOps/Backend Software Engineer to build program management software for deep tech industries. The role involves collaborating across organizations, developing and securing software solutions, and contributing to a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Golang, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Manage and secure infrastructure on Kubernetes and AWS
• Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to architecture and infrastructure improvements
• Modularize code and implement reusable components

Requirements

• Proficiency in Golang, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles
• Experience with vulnerability management and secure code reviews
• Familiarity with compliance standards (NIST 800-171, FedRAMP, ITAR)
• Understanding of identity management and access control
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle
• Comfortable with agile development and iterative deployments
