Job Description

Integrate is seeking a Head of FP&A to own the financial planning function end-to-end, building strategic models and diving into operational details. This role will be a key thought partner to leadership, driving insights for board materials, fundraising, and long-term growth strategies, while ensuring smooth finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Own companywide financial planning (budgets, forecasts, long-term planning)
• Build models to support strategic decisions
• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into financial targets
• Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team and board
• Oversee cash flow, headcount, and operating expenses
• Drive reporting (monthly/quarterly packages, board decks, investor updates)
• Ensure accuracy in finance processes
• Implement and optimize financial systems
• Own accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support department heads with budget ownership
• Translate financials into actionable narratives
• Surface risks, opportunities, and trade-offs

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking/consulting
• Strong modeling and forecasting skills (Excel/Google Sheets, finance tools)
• Comfortable presenting to the board and reconciling expense reports
• Strong communication skills
• Thrives in a startup/high-growth environment
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action
• US person status required
