Job Description

Integrate is seeking a Head of IT/Security to build and manage the company's long-term security posture in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. This hands-on role requires expertise in government security, compliance, and defense-sector requirements, with a focus on FedRAMP High, data security, and achieving/maintaining relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own IT, cybersecurity, and compliance roadmap
• Stand up internal IT operations and policies
• Lead vendor selection, system integration, and audits
• Drive government compliance initiatives
• Manage relationships with government security officers
• Respond to security questionnaires and audits
• Evaluate risks and implement security solutions
• Act as both individual contributor and strategic leader

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT/Security with government/defense experience
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and ATO processes
• Familiarity with DD254, FCL, and classified environment security
• Experience scaling IT/security in startups
• Strong technical background in networking, cloud infrastructure, and security tooling
• Excellent communication skills
• US person status
