Job Description

Integrate is seeking a driven individual to expand its presence within the Department of Defense by forging strong partnerships with major defense contractors. This role focuses on proactive engagement, relationship building, and strategic insertion into key opportunities, requiring a hands-on approach and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with BD and capture leads
• Insert Integrate into capture strategies and teaming agreements
• Gather intel on prime pursuits
• Negotiate teaming agreements and workshare
• Provide intel to Managing Director
• Represent Integrate at industry events
• Help shape proposals and narratives

Requirements

• 3–7 years in defense BD, capture, or DoD innovation
• Rolodex of contacts at large primes
• Knowledge of OTAs, IDIQs, and subcontracting
• Comfort with ambiguity and startup environments
• Exceptional communication skills
• Opportunistic mindset
• US person status
