This position offers an exciting opportunity to join ION as a Business Consultant, contributing to engagement success by developing necessary skills and supporting client requests. The role involves hands-on Center of Excellence duties for Wallstreet Suite, business analysis, troubleshooting, and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• COE duties for Wallstreet Suite (BAU support, data maintenance, configuration)
• Business analysis and troubleshooting
• Adherence to best practices and documentation standards
• Status updates to manager and engagement owners
• Maintain chargeability
• Industry and functional expertise development
• Product solution presentation to clients
• Gather and document requirements, designs, and test results
• Attend product trainings
• Travel to customer sites
• BAU support with US Eastern or EMEA CET time coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related IT field
• 1-4 years of relevant work experience
• Preferred experience with ION or other TRM system
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Ability to work onsite at client locations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Treasury industry experience is a plus
• Fast learner and self-starter
• BAU support activities on Wallstreet Suite or similar product
