Job Description

This is an entry-level Business Consultant position at ION, where the candidate will contribute to project success by learning necessary skills and assisting in all phases of implementation. The role involves business analysis, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis and troubleshooting
• Implement ION solutions in all project phases
• Adhere to implementation best practices
• Follow documentation standards
• Keep Project Leads informed
• Maintain chargeability
• Gain industry expertise
• Present product solutions
• Gather and document requirements
• Support Technical Consultants

Requirements

• Treasury, Capital Market, or Accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related IT field
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work onsite
• Strong client-facing skills
• Good communication skills
• 6 months - 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with ION or other ETRM systems preferred
