Job Description

The Principal Consultant will lead successful implementation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to best practices while mentoring team members. This role involves client interaction, project planning, and providing expert advice on Openlink solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to best practices and mentor team members
• Support project managers with planning and SOW creation
• Lead business consulting on implementation projects
• Maintain client account chargeability
• Author best practice documents
• Identify sales opportunities
• Provide industry and functional expertise
• Serve as client’s principal point of contact
• Perform workshop/requirements and design phase
• Mentor Business Consultants
• Enhance and train staff on implementation best practices
• Present solutions to clients
• Support client deliverable signoff
• Provide sales/presales support
• Support Technical Consultants
• Consult with ION Product Management

Requirements

• Openlink Endur product experience
• 5-10 years’ experience in ETRM industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related IT field
• Ability to work in a project team
• Ability to work onsite at client locations
• 8-10 years’ experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting installations
• 8-10 years Industry/systems experience
• Expertise in Product configuration
• Strong client-facing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
