ION is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join their Delivery Services team, providing software and industry expertise to energy and commodities clients. This role involves contributing to project success through implementation, testing, and support of the Product solution, while also providing guidance to other consultants.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and functional advice
• Present the Product solution to clients
• Support Technical Consultants
• Determine business requirements
• Provide guidance to Business Consultants
• Assist with best practices
• Implement projects
• Document requirements and designs
• Keep managers informed
• Adhere to implementation best practices
• Follow documentation standards
• Maintain chargeability

Requirements

• Implementation experience with RightAngle or ETRM
• Experience in Accounting, Scheduling, Front Office, or Mid Office/Risk
• Knowledge of energy commodities
• 5+ years of experience in designing and configuring installations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related IT field
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work onsite
