This Senior Technical Consultant role at ION involves designing, coding, testing, and implementing customer requirements for the Openlink platform. The role requires mentoring team members, collaborating with clients and analysts, and providing technical guidance. It's a hands-on position with a focus on development, customization, and support of the Endur/Findur solution.

Responsibilities

• Present technical solutions to clients
• Support client training
• Determine technical requirements
• Provide guidance to Technical Consultants
• Follow documentation standards
• Keep managers informed
• Maintain chargeability
• Travel to client sites
• Provide technology advice and analysis
• Develop custom code
• Troubleshoot issues
• Support architectural design
• Adhere to implementation best practices
• Gather and document requirements
• Support client training in custom development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Software Design and Development
• 3+ years’ experience with Endur/Findur
• Experience with object-oriented languages (C#, .NET, Java, C++)
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Java, Soap Webservices, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with Eclipse
• Experience with SAP Crystal Report or Tableau
• Experience with GIT, TFS, Confluence, Bamboo, Jira
• SCRUM/Agile/Waterfall experience preferred
