ION Corporates is seeking a Services Director for their North American Treasury Business to drive Client Services revenue growth. This role involves generating and managing services revenue, providing executive project oversight, and leading project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive services revenue growth for new customers
• Manage business development within existing customers
• Collaborate with leaders to define and deliver solutions
• Manage delivery for significant projects
• Manage customer relationships and ensure project success

Requirements

• BS in science, technology, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent
• Prior experience with project/professional services methodologies
• 10+ years of project/program management experience
• Confident and professional mannerism
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with teams of five or more
