This Leadership Development Program offers recent college graduates a chance to start a career in the FinTech industry. Analysts will rotate through Product Management, Support, and Deployment roles before transitioning into a Product Management Analyst position. The program focuses on developing talent for ION’s growing operations through challenging projects and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data
• Translate client requirements into user stories
• Contribute to product strategy and pricing
• Automate repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with customers to identify automation opportunities
• Solve complex business challenges
• Develop understanding of customer needs
• Leverage data-driven insights
• Prioritize requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Design and implement automation solutions

Requirements

• Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation
• 3.3 GPA or above
• STEM, Business, or Economics degrees
• Authorization to work in selected country
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Interest in finance and/or technology
• Relevant internship experience
• Passion for learning
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
