Job Description

This Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers recent university graduates a chance to start a career in FinTech with rotations across ION's core capabilities. Analysts will participate in three 6-month rotations before transitioning to a Professional Services Analyst role in Houston, focusing on supporting and implementing ION’s products for global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients and their industries
• Analyze customer business requirements
• Connect customer needs with ION solutions
• Deploy ION solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver resolutions
• Identify automation opportunities
• Prepare presentations and analyses
• Manage projects and deadlines
• Automate processes

Requirements

• Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 undergraduate graduation
• 3.3 GPA or above
• STEM, Business, or Economics degrees preferred
• Demonstrable interest in finance and/or technology
• Work authorization in the US
• Leadership potential
• Passion for learning
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Strong problem-solving skills
