Job Description

This Leadership Development Program offers recent university graduates a chance to start a career in a fast-paced global FinTech firm. Analysts will rotate through three 12-month rotations gaining experience across the product lifecycle before specializing in one area of ION. The role involves developing products for global customers, analyzing requirements, designing architecture, coding, testing, and continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and product solutioning
• Design architecture using software engineering principles
• Code, test, and integrate solutions
• Build innovative products to reduce complexity and increase efficiency
• Resolve technical and business issues
• Automate business workflows

Requirements

• Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation
• 3.3 GPA or above
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related STEM field
• Authorization to work in the selected country
• Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology
• Passion for learning and self-improvement
• Proactive and enthusiastic
