This Leadership Development Program offers recent university graduates a 3-year rotational program to gain experience across the product lifecycle within a fast-paced FinTech firm. The Software Developer role involves developing products for global customers, analyzing requirements, designing architecture, coding, testing, and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and product solutioning
• Design software architecture using latest principles
• Code, test, and integrate solutions
• Build innovative products to reduce complexity and increase efficiency
• Resolve technical and business issues
• Automate business workflows

Requirements

• Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation
• 3.3 GPA or above
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related STEM field
• Programming experience
• Authorization to work in the US
• Interest in finance and/or technology
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic
