Job Description

ION Corporates is seeking a talented Product Manager with business knowledge of the North American and/or European Natural Gas markets and experience with the Allegro CTRM product. The role involves contributing to the evolution of ION's core Natural Gas commodities products, interacting with stakeholders, and driving product innovation in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs through interactions and research
• Define solutions for market needs
• Collaborate on product roadmap development
• Maintain product backlog and define requirements
• Define release scope and create functional specifications
• Execute system and user acceptance tests
• Provide documentation for releases and user guides
• Demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders
• Support RFP process
• Provide product expertise in client meetings
• Assist in creating marketing collateral
• Support customer implementation analysis
• Review proposed configurations and customizations
• Provide support to consultants and technical support

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of North American natural gas trading
• Knowledge of front/middle/back office processes
• Understanding of physical and financial derivative products
• Knowledge of risk management and accounting
• Understanding of market standards and regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of Allegro CTRM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Allegro CMS
• Experience with software integrations
• Experience with agile development practices
• Understanding of technical architecture
