Fidessa's Trading Support Analysts provide functional support for customer requests across their multi-asset product range, with a focus on supporting and training users of the Fidessa equities trading and risk management platform. The role involves resolving customer issues, conducting on-site training, and collaborating with specialist groups.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues independently
• Liaise with specialist groups for issue resolution
• Provide real-time support via phone, chat, and email
• Conduct on-site customer visits for product training
• Provide insight on customer usage of Fidessa services

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in equities trading operations or significant internship experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation and positive attitude
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
