ION Markets is seeking a self-motivated Senior Windows Engineer/Administrator to join their Global IT team. The role involves interacting with various IT functional areas, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining a dynamic, heterogeneous environment.

• Troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance
• Work in a dynamic, heterogeneous environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of Windows deployment, administration, networking, and security experience
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows Servers 2016 – 2022 and Active Directory
• Operations experience in 24/7 environments
• System configuration experience (PowerShell, Ansible)
• System monitoring experience (SNMP, Nagios)
• Familiarity with Ticket systems (Remedy and Jira)
• Legally authorized to work in the US
