Job Description

Dash Financial Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of order routing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of options and equity order flow, experience with algorithmic trading and smart order routers, and data modeling experience. This role involves gathering requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Support analysis of messaging flows, API mapping, and data models
• Contribute to impact analysis, solution planning, and validation
• Assist in project implementation
• Maintain documentation including requirements and workflow diagrams
• Collaborate with business analysts, development, and QA teams

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, trading, or technology
• Foundational understanding of US equities and/or options
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Exposure to networking concepts (TCP/IP, APIs)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, Math, or related field
