Job Description

This Level 2 IT Service Desk Engineer role is based in NYC and involves providing technical support to users across the Americas via various channels, managing IT support calls, performing tasks ranging from basic inventory to user management in Azure, and participating in larger IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of ION's ITSM Ivanti Neurons
  • Performing basic tasks like inventory and desk moves
  • Building out laptops for new hires
  • User management in Azure
  • Troubleshooting conference room tech
  • Basic network management
  • Software deployments
  • General in-office user management
  • Maintaining professionalism during interactions with executives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of solid desktop support experience
  • 1-2 years of Level 2 support experience
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Practical experience with Azure/M365, VMware
  • JAMF experience is a plus
  • Certifications (MSFT, CompTIA, ITIL) are preferable
  • BA or BS degree preferred
