Job Description

The Technical Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for ION Markets customers, responsible for service delivery and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's business and ION's services, managing relationships, and ensuring service level agreements are met. The position is within the Fixed Income division, based in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Present ION Markets service to customers
  • Manage upgrades, maintenance, and migrations
  • Understand customer business and ION Markets flows
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with contracts and SLAs
  • Analyze and document customer requirements
  • Manage standard changes and supervise projects
  • Communicate critical production incidents
  • Manage multiple customers and deliveries
  • Drive customer change with product teams
  • Maintain customer documentation
  • Review customer roadmap
  • Provide expertise in ION Fixed Income products
  • Develop relationships with internal teams

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive business knowledge in fixed income trading
  • Experience delivering financial software services
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Technical understanding of ION Markets applications
