Job Description

The Technical Account Manager will manage client relationships and drive implementation of projects post-contract, involving project, business, and relationship management with assigned client accounts. The role requires knowledge of software technology and business flows of Derivatives, Fixed Income, and/or Equities.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate client partnerships
  • Track strategic client issues
  • Serve as a liaison with internal departments
  • Manage multiple clients and prioritize initiatives
  • Work with technical support to resolve problems
  • Initiate and lead teams to improve processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM, Economics/Finance
  • 2 years of experience in a software vendor or consultancy
  • Knowledge of Equities trading business flows
  • Experience in financial services or technology
  • Project management experience
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
