Lab49 is seeking a hands-on Product Design / Growth Lead to balance strategic pitches and business development with high-impact product design. This hybrid role involves leading design projects, developing creative concepts for pitches, and owning new business initiatives while crafting compelling narratives and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on client engagements
• Develop creative concepts for pitches
• Partner with BD, design, and product teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Present ideas to executives

Requirements

• 10+ years in UX/product design, innovation, or product strategy
• Experience in defining and delivering client pitches
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity design and strategic thinking
• Expert in Figma and modern design tools
• Executive level presentation skills
• Confident communicator
• Preference for Financial Services and/or FinTech
