Job Description

Lab49 is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to work with development teams and customers, designing desktop, web, and mobile applications. The role involves solving complex challenges in a customer-facing environment and contributing to every aspect of a system's user experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the user experience of systems
• Solve workflow problems and visualize market data
• Sketch, present, and refine ideas with clients
• Learn new skills and terminology quickly
• Build rapport with end users
• Collaborate with product, development, and visual designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/Interaction/Information Architecture experience
• Hands-on experience with user research, sketching, and wireframing
• Ability to solve real-world business problems
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Effective communication and influence skills
• Resourcefulness and independence
• Degree in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
