Job Description

Lab49 is seeking a Tech Lead to design and build user experiences for key client projects, manage a team of UI engineers, and contribute to the Interactive Practice. The role involves hands-on engineering, architectural support, client interaction, and business development support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and build of user experiences
• Manage UI engineers and relationships with contributors
• Contribute to the Interactive Practice
• Act as a hands-on engineer and architect
• Partner with clients and stakeholders
• Support business development with pitches
• Develop management skills within the Engineering practice

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software design and development
• 5+ years leading Agile teams
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams and interacting with clients
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, Angular
• Experience with cloud platforms and SDLC practices
• Strong understanding of testing and quality practices
