Job Description

The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the daily operations of the entire Shopify ecosystem, including the website, mobile app, and integrated marketplace channels like TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace. This role ensures seamless technical operations, data accuracy, channel performance, and a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Shopify platform operations
  • Manage Tapcart mobile app experience
  • Coordinate platform maintenance and new feature implementation
  • Manage apps and third-party integrations
  • Oversee TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify Shop App performance
  • Monitor data flow between channels
  • Manage product catalog and merchandising
  • Analyze demand signals and relay insights to Supply team
  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams
  • Track and report on performance KPIs
  • Stay current with platform updates

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high-volume Shopify Plus site
  • Experience with Ecommerce operational lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Knowledge of Shopify Plus backend
  • Experience with third-party marketplace connectors
  • Experience managing a Shopify-integrated mobile app
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Proactive and strategic mindset
