Job Description

Chargezoom is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join their Retention Team. The role focuses on providing post-implementation support, resolving customer issues, educating clients on platform features, and proactively working with customers to prevent churn. This is a fully on-site position in Holladay, UT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product support after 90 days
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Educate clients on platform features
  • Provide platform demos
  • Ensure efficient automation setup
  • Identify experience gaps
  • Proactively engage with decreasing users
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer-facing experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Relationship building and nurturing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for customer success
  • Experience with FreshDesk/FreshChat or similar tools
