Chargezoom is seeking a dynamic Head of Customer Success to lead their customer success team and ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. This role involves developing and implementing a customer success strategy, leading a team, and working cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of customer success leadership experience
  • SaaS or fintech industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of team success
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with ChurnZero and FreshDesk/FreshChat
  • Passion for technology
