Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to resolve complex problems, provide excellent technical and customer service to key accounts, and drive customer success with their identity authority platform. The role involves communication, technical analysis, project oversight, relationship management, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Review technical requirements and schedules
  • Assist in Pre-Sales activity
  • Demonstrate products to customers
  • Identify services for effective platform use
  • Produce implementation estimates and plans
  • Oversee successful delivery of Professional Services
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships
  • Analyze support requirements
  • Communicate product roadmap
  • Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration/Identity and Access Management
  • Experience leading delivery projects
  • Experience with enterprise software or systems integrator
  • Experience interfacing with clients and partners
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience with project planning and resource management
  • Knowledge of web technologies, databases, directories, HR systems, and programming languages is a plus
