Job Description

The Global Benefits Manager will lead the strategy, design, administration, and evolution of employee benefit programs across 10+ countries. This role includes ownership of global health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs, as well as providing leadership and mentorship to the Atlanta Office Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Develop global benefits strategy
  • Conduct benchmarking and vendor evaluations
  • Manage leave of absence programs
  • Oversee benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Build playbooks for benefits setup in new countries
  • Measure benefit utilization and employee sentiment
  • Provide support for the Atlanta Office Administrator
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits
  • 3+ years managing multi-country programs
  • Experience in 5–10 countries across EMEA, APAC, and North America
  • Familiarity with statutory requirements globally
  • Experience in a high-growth, multinational organization
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • HRIS and payroll system fluency
