Job Description

Saviynt is seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment across North America. This role involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle, developing recruitment strategies, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to attract and acquire top talent
  • Manage full recruiting lifecycle for GTM positions
  • Source, assess, select, and engage candidates
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices
  • Drive employer brand development
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist with onboarding and HR projects
  • Improve HR systems and recruiting processes
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
  • Build relationships with recruiting agencies
  • Leverage data to optimize recruitment strategies
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Lead candidate experience efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for sales, business development, and marketing roles
  • Experience recruiting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles preferred
  • Success in Talent Acquisition within a technology-focused organization
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building teams in scaling software startups
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws is a plus
