Job Description

Saviynt is seeking an Associate Video Producer to join their in-house corporate creative team. This role focuses on producing compelling video content for customer storytelling, product marketing, events, and social media, blending post-production expertise with the ability to direct or independently execute small-scale video shoots. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full content lifecycle, from concept to delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content for marketing and internal communications
• Build and adapt motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
• Prepare deliverables for web, social media, and presentations
• Implement stakeholder feedback
• Manage project structures and file organization
• Use AI-assisted tools for video editing
• Collaborate with designers and writers
• Plan and execute small-scale video shoots
• Operate cameras and audio equipment
• Direct talent and manage shoot logistics
• Capture still photography at events
• Develop storylines and creative approaches
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Maintain brand consistency
• Troubleshoot technical challenges
• Manage media through cloud-based storage

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video production or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing and motion graphics skills
• Experience with animated content for multiple platforms
• Solid understanding of cinematography and audio capture
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with executives and non-actors
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Film Production, or equivalent experience preferred
