Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to initiate sales cycles for the Enterprise Sales team by identifying and engaging prospects within Federal Agencies. The SDR will align Saviynt's value propositions with prospect challenges and secure meetings with the sales team. This is a remote, individual contributor role focused on generating qualified meetings and achieving quota.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting to identify key players and penetrate accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities and set appointments
  • Nurture inbound leads and develop prospects
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM

Requirements

  • Ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills
  • 1+ year of prospecting into Enterprise SaaS companies
  • Understanding of Federal agency software procurement
  • Knowledge of IGA market and Saviynt's solutions
  • Confident in phone conversations with new prospects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-driven with interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
