Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to initiate sales cycles for the U.S. Federal Team by identifying and engaging prospects within Federal Agencies, aligning Saviynt's value propositions to their challenges, and securing meetings with the sales team. The role involves outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and collaboration with sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting into key Federal Accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities and set appointments
  • Nurture inbound leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification in CRM

Requirements

  • Ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills
  • 1+ year prospecting into U.S. Federal agencies
  • Understanding of Federal agency software procurement
  • Knowledge of IGA market and Saviynt's solutions
  • Confident in phone conversations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-driven and determined
  • Salesforce experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
