Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sr. Analyst, Deal Desk to partner with the sales organization. This role focuses on optimizing deal structures, mitigating commercial risk, and ensuring compliance throughout the sales cycle, requiring analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Account Executives on deal structures and pricing
  • Review and approve CPQ quotes for compliance
  • Manage commercial terms within ordering documents
  • Escalate and manage commercial risks
  • Improve pricing and sales execution efficiency
  • Submit, test, and validate CPQ system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain a Commercial Language Library
  • Conduct training for AEs on CPQ usage and deal basics
  • Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Finance, and other teams
  • Ensure booked orders adhere to company policies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or pricing role within a SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles
  • Prior experience in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) sector is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce and CPQ tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
