Job Description

This position focuses on developing, deploying, maintaining, and operating Saviynt’s identity access management solutions within Federal compliance standards. The role requires strong cloud infrastructure and system administration experience, along with expertise in troubleshooting and automation to ensure service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer deployments, migrations, and upgrades
• Install and configure Saviynt products
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure
• Automate manual work
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure setup using IaC tools
• Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams
• Maintain compliance with security and quality standards
• Create technical documentation
• Design and implement automation solutions
• Configure and deploy monitoring tools

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s with 7+ years experience
• 7 years AWS/Azure experience
• 5 years containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with managed Kubernetes services (Amazon EKS)
• CKA or equivalent Kubernetes certification preferred
• 5 years DevOps/CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• 5 years scripting experience (Python, Java, BASH)
• 7 years Linux experience (Red Hat, CentOS)
• 5 years Network Integration experience
• Experience with SaaS applications
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Experience with public cloud services (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with network features (BGP, REST APIs)
• Database experience (MySQL)
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services
• Strong IAM domain knowledge
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Meet US persons on US soil requirements
• Undergo full background investigation/screening
• Undergo IAL3 requirements
