Saviynt is seeking a Director of Privileged Access Management to lead and manage a software engineering team, drive strategic direction, and foster innovation. Requirements

• 9+ years of experience leading software teams
• Proven track record of leading software development projects
• Technical depth and code review ability
• Expertise in privileged access management, identity, authentication, or cybersecurity
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience driving teams in both innovation and mission-critical quality
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing onsite, remote, and global teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
