The Renewal Specialist will manage and execute renewal transactions for Saviynt’s global customer base, securing recurring revenue and supporting customer success through collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end renewal process
Prepare and deliver renewal quotes
Proactively engage with customers prior to subscription expiration
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Ensure compliance with pricing and contractual obligations
Forecast renewal bookings
Collaborate with internal teams
Monitor at-risk accounts
Maintain detailed records
Support process improvements
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in SaaS renewals or related fields
Strong understanding of recurring revenue models
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems
Collaborative mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
Experience in cybersecurity or identity management is a plus
