As a Client Support Associate, you will be the voice of Pomelo Care, providing world-class support to clients and driving efficiencies in the role. This involves resolving complex issues, developing support documentation, scaling support operations, and collaborating with other teams to improve client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality client support
  • Troubleshoot complex client issues
  • Develop support templates and documentation
  • Scale support operations
  • Use Zendesk for ticket management
  • Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer/client support experience
  • Proficiency with Zendesk
  • Proven track record of high CSAT/NPS scores
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent and critical thinking
  • Data analysis skills for process improvements
