Job Description

Pomelo Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Solutions Clinician to bridge clinical expertise with operational strategy, ensuring healthcare solutions are clinically sound, effective, and scalable. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing clinical programs and quality initiatives, translating evidence-based practice into operational workflows and patient-facing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary clinical resource for internal teams
• Develop and deliver clinical training materials
• Advocate for patient and clinician needs
• Provide direct patient care (8 hours/week)
• Translate best practice clinical behaviors
• Monitor and report on clinical performance indicators
• Conduct root cause analysis for clinical process breakdowns
• Serve as clinical subject matter expert for regulatory audits
• Lead discovery and design of clinical programs
• Translate clinical strategies into operational plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Oversee pilots and rollout of clinical solutions

Requirements

• Active Clinical Licensure/Certification (RN, CNM, NP, LCSW, or Certified Doula)
• 3+ years of experience in clinical leadership, management, or project role
• Experience in Quality Improvement, clinical program design, implementation, or clinical research
• 5+ years of professional clinical work experience in direct patient care
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems and regulatory environments
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) desirable
• Virtual care experience preferred
